Spinneys, one of the UAE’s leading fresh food retailers, has unveiled its newest and highly anticipated concept: The Kitchen by Spinneys, the brand’s first-ever standalone food hall and dine-in outlet, located in Dubai Mall.
This new culinary destination promises to bring an exciting and elevated dining experience to food enthusiasts across the UAE.
Spanning over 4,950 square feet on the Lower Ground Floor of Dubai Mall, The Kitchen by Spinneys is a culmination of culinary stations featuring an extensive array of hot and cold dishes crafted from the finest locally and globally sourced ingredients.
With a mission of “food for now, food for later,” the food hall offers high-quality, healthy, ready-made fare catering to both casual diners and gourmet connoisseurs.
The food hall is inspired by renowned concepts such as Erewhon in California and Peacock Kitchen in Seoul, and builds upon the unrivalled success of Spinneys’ retail deli counters. It boasts a vast menu with over 70 new and exciting dishes, showcasing a diverse selection of cuisines, including Italian, South Asian, Indian, and Middle Eastern favorites.
Visitors can start their day on the right note with the new shakshuka pot – eggs poached in a rich paprika-spiced tomato sauce, paired with an antioxidant boost from the Rise & Shine juice, freshly squeezed orange with a hint of carrot, ginger, and cinnamon.
For a nutritious lunch, options include the new turkey, mozzarella, and pesto sandwich on fluffy freshly baked rosemary focaccia or the hero Crop Salad, a harvest goodness bowl featuring savoury rotisserie chicken, warm rice, roasted sweet potato, red apple, goat’s cheese, roasted almonds, and kale.
The hot food counter boasts an extensive menu of international cuisines, ranging from a creamy prawn red curry to a comforting chicken kabsa or even a spicy lamb masala.
Food enthusiasts can also indulge in made-to-order smoothies and a brand-new sushi bar, where everything from salmon nigiri to California rolls is prepared fresh daily.
To satisfy sweet cravings, The Kitchen by Spinneys offers an extensive bakery counter featuring freshly baked patisserie treats, as well as a premium gelato stand showcasing the finest Italian ingredients with 16 unique flavors, including tiramisu, salted caramel popcorn, and even matcha gelato.
