Both airlines advise travelers to arrive at the airport early to ensure sufficient time for check-in procedures and to minimize any potential inconvenience.
In a statement on its website, flydubai stated: “Anticipated adverse weather conditions on 16th April and 17th April, 2024, may impact flight schedules at Dubai International (DXB). We are actively working to mitigate any disruptions and are closely coordinating with airport authorities. Passengers are advised to check the status of their flight on flydubai.com and allow extra travel time to reach the airport.”
Emirates has issued a similar advisory, emphasizing the importance of allowing additional travel time and checking flight status updates.
