For those seeking cost-effective destinations, a range of alluring options are available from Dubai with round-trip flights costing less than AED 1,000.
Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh, beckons with flights priced at AED 460 via flyadeal, while Oman’s Muscat offers a serene escape at AED 704 through Salam Air.
Kuwait and Bahrain’s Manama are also on the list, with flights costing AED 745 and AED 1,003, respectively, via flydubai. Venturing further afield, Tehran in Iran presents an intriguing option with flights from AED 885 on Iran Air Tours.
Data reveals that more than half of UAE travellers (53 percent) are seeking trips lasting one week or less, while 33 percent are exploring vacations spanning one to two weeks, and 14 percent are interested in extended holidays up to a month.
Among the trending destinations on Skyscanner, New York tops the list with a staggering 525 percent increase in searches, followed by Tokyo (330 percent), Athens (257 percent), Dublin (212 percent), and Malé (205 percent).
The most-searched cities by UAE travellers include London, Athens, New York, Cairo, and Manchester.
