Kleindienst Group has announced the launch of the Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels and Resorts. This AED 1 billion development, slated to open in 2025, will be situated on Dubai’s World Islands, bringing a slice of Spanish charm to the UAE’s coastline.

The five-star hotel, inspired by the architectural beauty of Marbella, aims to offer guests an authentic Costa Del Sol experience. With its Andalusian-inspired design, the resort promises to transport visitors to the heart of Spain without leaving Dubai.

One of the most striking features of the new development is its environmental focus. The hotel will be surrounded by an impressive 500,000 square meters of coral reefs, featuring nine different types and housing over 30 species of fish. This commitment to marine conservation aligns with Kleindienst Group’s broader sustainability goals, which include zero microplastic discharge policies and the use of 100% solar power.

Another unique attraction is the kilometer-long “raining street” that winds around the hotel, providing a cooling downpour every few minutes. This innovative feature is sure to be a talking point among guests and a welcome respite from Dubai’s heat.

The Marbella Resort Hotel will boast 150 keys, offering a range of accommodations including suites, chalets, and cabanas. Guests will have views of the sea, a snow plaza, or the famous raining street, catering to diverse preferences.

Culinary experiences will be a highlight, with six restaurants offering authentic Spanish cuisine. From tapas at Casa Bougainville to beachside dining at Arenda Dorada, each venue promises to deliver a unique gastronomic journey. The hotel will even feature an Après ski bar, complete with a snow plaza, adding an unexpected winter touch to the desert locale.

For wellness enthusiasts, The Arabian Spa will offer an authentic hammam experience and a variety of massage treatments in a cave-like setting.

“We have been conscious of our commitment to making our projects environment friendly, with employment of solar power and adoption of policies aimed at zero discharge of microplastics,” said Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group.

The hotel is not just a vacation destination but also an investment opportunity. With guaranteed returns of 8.33% per annum for 12 years, it’s expected to attract significant interest from both local and international investors.

As the first IHG Vignette Collection property on the World Islands, the Marbella Resort Hotel is set to become a landmark destination. It will offer a unique blend of luxury, culture, and sustainability, promising guests an unforgettable Spanish-inspired escape in the heart of Dubai.

With its innovative features, commitment to sustainability, and promise of an authentic European experience, the Marbella Resort Hotel is poised to make a significant impact on Dubai’s hospitality landscape when it opens its doors in 2025.
