Dubai’s new parking zones: Here’s how much you can expect to pay

Over 7,000 new parking spots announced in Dubai

Dubai is rolling out six new paid parking areas this month, bringing order and convenience to some of the city’s busiest districts.

With over 7,000 new spaces, finding a spot for your wheels is about to get a whole lot easier.

The new zones will cover key areas including Jaddaf Waterfront, Al Sufouh Gardens, Arjan, Majan, Liwan 1 and 2, and Dubailand Residence Complex. But don’t worry about breaking the bank – the rates are designed to be wallet-friendly.

Here’s the scoop on costs:

In Zone A (including Arjan, Jaddaf Waterfront, and Al Sufouh Gardens), you’ll pay just AED2 for 30 minutes, with prices scaling up to AED16 for four hours.

Zone B (covering parts of Arjan, Dubailand Residence Complex, Majan, Liwan 1 and 2, and Al Sufouh Gardens) offers even more flexibility. One hour will set you back AED3, with options up to a full day for AED20.

The best part? Paying is a breeze. Use your preferred method – SMS, WhatsApp, the RTA App, or good old-fashioned cash and cards at the parking machines. And remember, these zones are in effect from 8am to 10pm, Monday to Saturday.

So next time you’re headed to these bustling areas, leave your parking stress behind. With these new zones, Dubai’s making sure your only worry is where to go next in this vibrant city!
