ICD Brookfield Place, Dubai’s premier destination for luxury experiences, is set to elevate its status further with the announcement of three groundbreaking culinary concepts

Global restaurant group D.ream, known for acclaimed venues like Amazonico, Coya, and Zuma, will bring Bar des Prés, Il Gattopardo, and a new bar concept ‘1920’ to the iconic building later this year.

Occupying the 51st floor, Bar des Prés and Il Gattopardo will span an impressive 18,000 sq ft. The 52nd floor will house ‘1920’, a spectacular 1920’s style Art Deco bar covering 4,000 sq ft. These refined yet vibrant concepts aim to offer unique culinary experiences complemented by innovative mixology and entertainment.

Bar des Prés, led by celebrated Chef Cyril Lignac, will bring a sophisticated fusion of Franco-East Asian cuisine to Dubai. The menu promises to showcase exceptional seasonal ingredients while respecting traditional techniques. Diners can expect dishes such as green asparagus with caramelized miso and crunchy crab & avocado galette with madras.

Il Gattopardo, inspired by its namesake novel, will embody the understated luxury of the Italian Riviera. The restaurant will offer modern interpretations of Italian classics under the guidance of Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli. The menu will feature dishes like Gamberi, Sicilian Mazara prawns with citrus zest chicory, and Stracciatella agnolotti with roasted tomato cream.

‘1920’, the 52nd-floor bar, promises to transport guests back in time with its Art Deco design inspired by Manhattan skyscrapers. The 78-seat bar will offer unparalleled city views, vibrant entertainment, and a sophisticated drinks menu focusing on creative cocktails and vintage champagnes.

Spanish interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán is behind the design of these new hospitality experiences, known for his ability to blend past and present in captivating spaces.

The new venues are set to open in late 2024, joining ICD Brookfield Place’s existing collection of curated restaurants and amenities, including The Arts Club, The Guild, Josette, La Niña, and Lulu & The Beanstalk.
