Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has unveiled a revamped version of its popular “RTA App,” providing users with an unparalleled seamless experience in accessing a wide range of transport services.
The upgraded app, now available on iOS and Android platforms, introduces a personalized dashboard that revolutionizes user experience by offering quick actions for essential services such as renewing vehicle and driving licenses, and purchasing parking tickets.
According to Meera Al Shaikh, Director of Smart Services at RTA, the enhanced app is a testament to the authority’s commitment to meeting customer needs and addressing requirements raised by end-users. “Through the upgraded RTA Application, we are revolutionizing the way our customers interact with our services,” Al Shaikh stated.
One of the key features of the new app is the consolidated parking services screen, which offers seamless navigation and convenience for users. Additionally, the app overhauls the vehicle license renewal and fine payment experience, ensuring a hassle-free process.
The app also introduces multiple enhancements, including online payments for SALIK (Dubai’s toll gate system), voucher top-up, and NOL top-up directly through the app. These improvements align with Dubai’s vision of providing convenient and efficient transportation solutions for its residents and visitors.
With its user-friendly interface and streamlined access to essential RTA services, the revamped app promises to enhance customer satisfaction and further solidify Dubai’s position as a smart city at the forefront of technological innovation.
