A survey of 30 government bodies was conducted in Dubai
His Highness Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai announced the top performing and under performing government bodies.
This was based on the digital services giving the latter a time-bound grace period of 90 days to improve their performance. Top five and the worst five government agencies were selected by a poll of 55,000 customers. The poll was about the customers opinion about the digital services of the 30 government agencies in Dubai.
To ensure transparency and provide efficient digital services within the UAE government, a survey of five best and five worst government bodies was conducted.
The aim is to establish a digital government that keeps pace with global trends.
“Underperforming departments are expected to amend their courses and achieve the best possible results within 90 days , by which time we will re-assess their performance in a way that ensures achievement of our main goal, namely whole-of-government digitisation,” His Highness Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum added
