The promotional fare by Cebu Pacific Air starts at just one peso (approximately six fils when converted to UAE currency), with additional charges for taxes, fuel surcharges, and administrative fees. While the base fare is incredibly low, expect the total cost for flights from Manila to Dubai to come to around AED 650 after fees.
