Aman Group introduces Janu Dubai, a new luxury destination in the DIFC.
Aman Group has announced the upcoming opening of Janu Dubai in 2027, following the successful launch of Janu Tokyo.
Situated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), the new property aims to redefine luxury hospitality with a focus on social wellness and transformative experiences.
Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects Herzog & de Meuron, Janu Dubai will feature approximately 150 hotel rooms, several dining and bar concepts, event spaces, and a comprehensive wellness and fitness center.
The property will also include fully serviced residences and a member’s club.
Janu Dubai is strategically located to offer stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and lush garden landscapes. The project is backed by Alia Developments and managed by H&H Development, ensuring high standards of service and design.
Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group, expressed his commitment to expanding the Janu brand, emphasizing the collaboration with H&H Development to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience in Dubai.
This announcement underscores Aman Group’s dedication to the Middle East, with additional properties planned in AlUla, Wadi Safar, and Diriyah Gate.
