Get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience as the Dubai Music Run makes its debut this winter! Happening on Saturday, 16th November at Meydan Racecourse, this exciting 5k run is part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge and is designed for anyone looking to stay active while enjoying great music.
As part of the T100 Triathlon World Tour, the Dubai Music Run is set over a 5km course, lined with speakers blasting festival tunes curated by top local DJs. Whether you prefer to run, jog, or walk, this event is all about moving to the beat and having fun. The run aims to get as many people active as possible, while the professionals take on the more challenging 100km triathlon.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge, running from 26th October 26 to 24th November, encourages residents to engage in 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days. According to Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), “Dubai Fitness Challenge is more than just a fitness initiative—it’s a call to integrate physical activity into everyday life for long-term health benefits.”
