Dubai-based carrier, flydubai, is gearing up for the summer travel season by introducing a series of new seasonal flights to popular island destinations across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Aa of June 14, the carrier now offers direct connections to seven idyllic island getaways, providing travelers with more options for their summer vacations.
The new summer routes include flights to the Greek islands of Corfu, Mykonos, and the Italian island of Olbia in the Mediterranean. Further afield, flydubai will operate daily services to Langkawi in Malaysia and the tropical paradise of Zanzibar off the coast of Tanzania.
Closer to home, the airline will increase its frequency to the ever-popular Maldives, with two daily flights to the capital, Male’. Santorini, another Greek island famous for its stunning sunsets and whitewashed buildings, will also be serviced with a weekly flight.
To make booking these island escapes more convenient, flydubai’s holiday division, Holidays by flydubai, has curated special travel packages that bundle return flights and hotel stays for travel until July 15th. Customers can choose from a variety of options, with the flexibility to add on extras like excursions and car rentals.
The new summer network expansion aligns with flydubai’s strategy to offer more destination choices and enhanced connectivity for its customers during peak travel periods.
The addition of these island routes caters to the growing demand for beach and outdoor getaways among UAE residents and visitors.
